I build and construct an abstracted form or canvas by layering and fitting bits and pieces of cloth, paper and wool fibers together in strong vertical and horizontal lines. I'm creating a theatrical stage of sorts, mark making and painting often accompany these canvases and are the characters I choose to work with.
